个人简介

北京大学副教授,博士,北京大学智能科学系副系主任。

1997年获西北师范大学计算机科学系学士学位,2000年获兰州大学数学系硕士学位,2003年在北京大学视觉与听觉信息处理国家重点实验室获博士学位,并于同年就职于北京大学,从事教学科研工作至今。所在单位为北京大学信息科学技术学院、智能科学系、言语听觉研究中心、信息科学中心、机器感知与智能教育部重点实验室。现负责机器学习与智能仿人机器人课题组。曾于200611月至20071月,在香港中文大学从事访问研究。

 

近年来,承担国家级、省部级及其他科研项目二十余项,发表学术论文60余篇,先后多次赴欧美、澳洲、日本、韩国、香港地区及国内各地开展学术交流。2002年,获第十二届全国神经计算学术大会“优秀论文奖”(Best Paper Award) 2008年,获北京大学“‘正大’优秀教学奖”;2013年,获第23届人工智能国际联合大会(IJCAI-2013)“机器人技能国际竞赛(IJCAI-13 Robot Competition)”一等奖(First Prize)2015年与2016年,两次获IEEE ICIA国际学术会议“最佳论文提名奖”(Best Paper Finalist Award)2016年,获北京大学“教学优秀奖”等。

现任IEEE-RAS类人机器人技术委员会委员(IEEE-RAS Technical Committee Member on Humanoid Robotics),IEEE-IES运动控制技术委员会委员(IEEE-IES Technical Committee Member on Motion Control),中国人工智能学会教育工作委员会副秘书长,北京市科委科技服务业专项评审专家,全国机器人技术专业人才考评专家委员会委员,期刊《中国听力语言康复科学杂志》常务编委等。

现为IEEE会员,AAAI会员,国际爬行机器人协会会员(Climbing and Walking Robots Association),中国人工智能学会高级会员等。承担多个国际国内学术期刊及学术会议的论文审稿工作,多次担任多个国际学术会议程序委员会主席及委员,如RiTA 2016IEEE AMC 2016IEEE M2VIP 2017AAAI 2017AAAI 2018等。

 

Bio

Dr. LUO Dingsheng, Associate Professor, Ph.D, the Deputy Director of the Department of Machine Intelligence, Peking University.

He received his Ph.D. degree from Peking University, China, in 2003. Then, he joined the Peking University. In 2005, he became an Associate Professor with the Key Laboratory of Machine Perception (Ministry of Education), the Speech and Hearing Research Center, the Department of Machine Intelligence, School of the EECS, Peking University, China.

He has/had undertaken more than 20 projects funded by Chinese Government, is the author of more than 60 research papers and 5 inventions, awarded Best Paper Award of CNNC in 2002, Zhengda Award of Peking University in 2008, First Prize Award of IJCAI-13 Robot Competition Technical Skills Category in 2013, Teaching Excellence Award of Peking University in 2016 and Best Paper Finalist Award of IEEE ICIA in 2015 and 2016 respectively.

 

He serves as a member of IEEE-RAS Technical Committee on Humanoid Robotics, a member of IEEE-IES Technical Committee Member on Motion Control. He also serves as the Deputy Secretary General of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence Educational Committee, an Assessment Expert of Beijing Science and Technology Commission for the Special Fund on Sci-Tech Service, an Assessment Expert for China National Robotics Technology Professionals, as well as the executive editor of the Chinese Scientific Journal of Hearing and Speech Rehabilitation, etc.

He is an IEEE member, an AAAI member, a member of the International Climbing and Walking Robots Association, a senior member of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence. He also serves as a reviewer of several domestic or international journals, and as PC chair or PC members of several international conferences, such as RiTA 2016IEEE AMC 2016IEEE M2VIP 2017AAAI 2017AAAI 2018.
