Short Biography
Zhi-Hong Deng received his B.Sc.in Applied Mathematics from Zhejiang
University, China, in 1994, and the M.S.and the Ph.D.degrees, both in
Computer Science, from Peking University, in
2000 and 2003 respectively.
He is currently an Associate Professor of Department of
Intelligence Science and the National Laboratory on Machine Perception (School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science)
at Peking University,China
He has published over 30 research papers in refereed journals, conferences, and
workshops.

My current research interests mainly
include data/text mining, XML data retrieval, Intellgent Web
information processing, machine learning, and Web Intelligence.
